Q - Can I use my MGV points to reserve a Monarch Escape Time Plus reservations, or do I need to use cash?

A - You can use either! You will see on the web site a points or cash option and you can discuss this with your MGV reservationsist when you call to book your reservation. Your MGV Points expiration date must be at least six months past the date you call to book your reservation.

Q - With this new enhanced owner benefit, how many reservations can I make and use in a given year?

A - As many as you and your family want! There is no limit. With this program, you can literally use your ownership 365 days a year.

Q - Can I book nightly or weekly reservations at any of the resorts listed in this brochure?

A - Absolutely. You decide the length of stay. Please keep in mind that all reservations are based on availability. You just need to call in advance of your travel, using the advanced reservations window listed under the resort of your choice.

Q - Is there an exchange fee for making reservations?

A - No. There is no fee for using your points, there is only a cost if you choose to pay the Monarch Escape Time Plus rate for the property you select (and, of course, your travel costs and incidentals).
